Personnel from the Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) arrested two people who fired firearms on the streets of the GAM mayor’s office, in which a youth and a passerby were injured.
Operators from the Northern Command and Control Center (C2) alerted police about a gun explosion on 309 and 310 streets in the Nueva Atzacoalco neighborhood, so they went to the area.

When they arrived at the scene, they realized that motorbike and scooter crews were exchanging fire and seeing the presence of officers, they ran in various directions until they were chased.
After searching for those involved, officers found the scooter crew traveling at excessive speed and on their way to the hospital, where they requested medical assistance because one of the suspects had a gunshot wound to the left leg.
The scooter driver, aged 22, was arrested, while the injured victim, a minor, was hospitalized and placed under police guard.

Later, a man arrived at the same hospital with a gunshot wound to the left door and commented that as he was walking along 309th Street, corner of 310th Street, he heard an explosion and was injured.
