The pro-Trump PAC led by Musk plans a $1 million distribution in swing states

Elon Musk said the super political action committee he formed will give $1 million every day until Election Day to signers of petitions calling for free speech and the right to bear arms.

The pro-Donald Trump group, called America PAC, will randomly select registered voters in undecided states to win the prize through Nov. 5, Musk said in a post on X.

“We wanted to make sure everyone in the swing states heard about this and I think this will make sure they do,” the billionaire wrote in his post.

Musk has funneled nearly $75 million into America PAC, which was formed earlier this year to support Republican candidates in battleground districts across the US. He has become an increasingly vocal Trump supporter, using X’s social media platforms to promote the former president.

In battleground states, poll averages show Trump with a narrow lead over Kamala Harris, who would be the first Black and Asian woman to win the White House.

Musk is the PAC’s only American donor, making seven separate donations between July 3 and September 5, according to his latest filing with the Federal Election Commission. Most of the spending, $68.5 million, supported Trump.

In a post on X last week, Musk said that registered voters in Pennsylvania would get $100 if they signed a free speech petition by midnight on October 21.
