That Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) coordinate with personnel from Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) completed the arrest warrant against German “N”, on suspicion of his participation in the crime of human trafficking in the form of child pornography, which was registered in January 2022.
An investigation carried out by the General Coordination for Investigation of Gender Crimes showed that the subject was suspected of storing and distributing material classified as child pornography, via the Internet.

The man is in the Municipality of Texcoco, thanks to field and office work carried out by Police Investigators (PDI) assigned to the Prosecutor’s Office for Investigating Human Trafficking Crimes.
As a result of coordinated cooperation between state agencies and the capital, PDI elements went to Texcoco to inform the defendant of the court order against him.
After his arrest, he was transferred to Mexico City and admitted to the Oriente Men’s Preventive Prison to be presented before the control judge who requested it.
