Tips for Cooking Salmon

Here are some tips to help you master this salmon bang-bang! You will love it. This is very interesting.

  • Choosing Salmon: Look for salmon with a really nice deep pink color. It will be flavorful and full of good nutrition. You don’t want pale, orange, wet-looking parts. I recommend spending a little extra money to buy high quality wild salmon because you can definitely taste the difference!
  • Don’t overcook:Be careful not to overcook the salmon, otherwise your fish will be dry. Cook until they are slightly pink and flaky to keep them moist and delicious.
  • Let It Rest:Once your salmon is cooked to perfection, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps the juices be redistributed, ensuring a juicy, flavorful bite every time.
  • Bang Bang Varieties:I love Bang Bang sauce! If you like it too, you can try my bang bang chicken, Bonefish Grill imitation shrimp, and my favorite bang bang shrimp tacos!
