At least 120 firearms were found in his home.

Shooting began on September 16. On the third occasion, on October 9, police saw a gray SUV in camera footage. The police found out the suspect’s name through various tips.

Police began following him and saw him hanging signs around town with text targeting the Democratic Party and presidential candidate Kamala Harris. He also hung a bag of white powder behind some of the signs, but it turned out to be harmless baking powder. However, the Department of Justice took this seriously, as it was intended to sow fear. He was arrested last Tuesday.
