More and more employees ignore unions

An ever-smaller proportion of employees are still members of a trade union. Last year only 15 percent were members of a trade union. This continues the decline of recent years, according to new figures from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). Trade unions are taking tough positions in the debate over an early retirement scheme.
