Chuckling, Cuban continued, “You know, that’s the wrong way to say it. I, what’s best for the country, the country over the party, the country as a whole. I just think Kamala Harris, without any question in my mind, is the one better candidate and better president for this country.”
During the lengthy interview, Kernen pressed Cuban on what he really liked about Harris after Cuban claimed Harris’ support for taxing unrealized investment returns would “kill the stock market.”
Cuban reiterated that it was “absolutely not going to happen” and told Kernen that if Harris “lies about it, I will campaign against her so there won’t be a second term.”
Cuban said he supports Harris’ pledge not to raise taxes on small businesses, and to cut prescription costs as a way to help the economy. He also argued that Trump’s mass deportation plans would hurt businesses that have immigrants on their payroll.

“Kamala Harris said she would implement very specific procedures for law-abiding non-citizens regarding the process they must follow to stay or leave,” Cuban said.
“You want it to make sense, you want it to be transparent, you want there to be a specific process that everyone can follow. You don’t want a scenario like Elián González. “That’s bad for business,” he continued.
Cuban has been Harris’ surrogate since she replaced President Biden as the Democratic nominee nearly three months ago.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk was also out campaigning on behalf of the Trump campaign.
The two billionaire investors appeared at rallies in undecided states last week.
